Plan renewals

All renewals are automatic by default to ensure uninterrupted ShadowOptions services. Your account will automatically renew every month or quarter depending on the term you select. It is your responsibility to cancel if you wish. If you do not cancel before your next renewal date, it will renew until you cancel. All account renewals and account renewal charges are final. All fees paid are non-refundable and all sales are final. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.

Cancellation and refund

You may cancel your ShadowOptions subscription at any time using our online system. Simply, signin into your account and click 'CANCEL' button located on the bottom right of your account page. When you cancel your ShadowOptions subscription, you are deactivating future automated renewals of the account. If you do not cancel automatic renewal of your subscription prior to your renewal date, we will (and you authorize us to) charge your subscription fee to the credit card we have on file for your next term.
