Subscription
In connection with any purchase of ShadowOptions services or materials, ShadowOptions does not make any promises regarding the continuation of any current features or functionality. Subscription pricing is subject to change at any time. All subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and no proration will be offered for any remaining time on any subscription level. If ShadowOptions terminates subscription based services at any time, there will be no refunds, proration or exchanges. All account renewals and account renewal charges are final. All fees paid are non-refundable and all sales are final. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
Terms
ShadowOptions may terminate your access to the ShadowOptions services at any time. The cause for such termination may include, but is not be limited to (i) breaches or violations of these terms or other agreements and guidelines, (ii) requests made by law enforcement or other government or regulatory authorities or (iii) violation or unauthorized use of copyrighted material or other intellectual property. Termination of your account and service subscriptions by ShadowOptions may not relieve you of any obligation to pay any accrued fees or charges. You may not access or use ShadowOptions services after termination.
Risks
All investment vehicles, including stock options and futures, involve risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
